Everything was going so well, and it seemed as though the new colleagues were becoming friends. The weeks and months were passing, and Ashley’s pregnancy was going as well as any young mother could hope for.
Ashley seemed to be immune to morning sickness, and she showed her ultrasounds to Emily, as her baby grew inside her. It all seemed to be going amazingly well, and Emily even sat in the room while Ashley spoke with her doctor. Although it looked like the perfect pregnancy, things would take a drastic twist.
