After she discovered that the writing wasn’t as hard to read as she first thought, Gorman began studying the content of the letters. Gorman realized that all of the messages were from a young adolescent girl to a slightly older teenage boy.
In one of the letters, Gorman read that the girl had included a picture of herself, but the photo was nowhere to be found. Not having a picture to go by was going to make finding out who these people were even more difficult.
