The dresser had been left in a pretty poor condition and was desperately in need of some TLC. Housing cobwebs and spiders, Gorman knew if she was going to have this new piece of furniture on display in her home she would need to do some work.
Wanting to try and restore it to some of its former glory, Gorman began taking out the drawers. She wanted to give every last inch of this dusty old piece of furniture a freshen up.

Gorman was really making an effort to give this dresser the once over, and she started overturning shelves to clean underneath. It was while overturning the dresser that Gorman discovered something left behind by a previous owner.
She found some stuff that had been hidden away inside a secret compartment. Gorman was only fortunate enough to come across this hidden treasure because she was so thorough in her cleaning of the dresser. It seemed the man she bought it from had no idea there was a secret compartment.
