The woman was telling Onequa she had to “take it or leave it,” so the caterer decided to leave it. She basically mic dropped in one single phrase by sending this message to the woman and her godmother: “Tell luv I’m good. Enjoy!”
We can’t blame her for ending the conversation. It’s so common for freelancers to get haggled because people don’t understand the value of their skills, but how do you argue with a person who doesn’t understand something as measurable as the cost of food?
