The woman started out by saying she wanted a breakfast/brunch car with an omelette station. In that car, she demanded bacon, turkey sausage, and other breakfast meats, as well as some very fancy stuff, like shrimp, crab meat, and swordfish.
We like the way this is going. Wedding food has a reputation of not always being that good, after all, it’s a challenge to feed so many people at the same time. But with an omelette station, the guests are guaranteed to have hot, fresh food made to their liking.
