Why this woman was forced to sit in a hot car by a police officer

[post_page_title]PETA advice[/post_page_title]

PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) warn that pet owners should never leave animals in hot cars. There have been several reported animal fatalities due to this over the past nine months alone, but PETA believes even more than that went unreported. They say that even parking in the shade with the windows cracked open is enough to risk your animal’s life as it only takes 10 minutes for the temperature to greatly increase.
