Shelly Nicholas was adamant that the police officer had been abusive toward her, but must have been unaware that officer Kreischer had his lapel camera operating during the entire incident. After making the news, she was asked to comment further by the news team but declined to make any statement. Nicholas believes what the police officer did to her was abuse, but she made her dog stay in that car for much longer. Luckily her dog was fine after the incident, and hopefully she has seen the error of her ways.
