People might think leaving their car outside while they go shopping is no big deal, and if Nicholas’ car had been empty, then the police officer would have had no issue. But sadly there was something inside Nicholas’ car that shouldn’t have been there so this New Mexico officer wasn’t going to just stand by and let her disregard for safety go unpunished. He waited for her to return to her car, prepared to give her an earful over her neglectful attitude.
