One Twitter user, Dan Harper, claimed that his landlord invented a fictional management company and maintenance contractor. What Harper soon realized was that when he rang these companies, it was just his landlord using different phones.
He did say that the landlord threw his voice so at least when Harper needed to get something fixed, he could have a laugh while pretending not to know. Though by the sounds of it, nothing ever got fixed as the landlord would just pass Harper around his three different phones.
