As a show of kindness to the passenger, the spokesperson for American Airlines revealed that they’d fully refunded Dr. Rowe’s flight. Considering the humiliation she’d been put through, it was the least they could do. Unfortunately, returning her money wasn’t going to change the terrible experience that she’d had.
