Were Amy to be pressed to name one single, unifying theme after all that ties everything in the Pink House together, it would have to be love. Love, she said, was the “king of emotion and answer to pretty much everything.” After all, what other possible motivation could a successful woman have to uproot her life and move to another continent? It was all about love, not just for the property but also for art.
It was the love of creating something from nothing. And that has certainly resonated with people, who she said saw her place as “aspirational and inspirational.” Guests, she added, often described the Pink House as a “dreamlike and otherworldly escape.” And what guests they were!
