Debbie Travis is a well-known, self-taught interior decorator and former fashion model. She has hosted several home design series based out of Montreal, Quebec such as Debbie Travis’ Painted House, an HGTV how-to-show where she demonstrated easy and fun paint projects, and W Network’s Debbie Travis’ Facelift, where she helped unsuspecting homeowners redecorate their living spaces. The home improvement icon also hosted Global TV’s From The Ground Up, a design competition, and CBC’s All for One, where she travelled around the country helping community heroes renovate their home.
