For a while now, arrows have been a popular symbol to get as a tattoo. Most parents will have one arrow for each kid, with their child’s name spelled in cursive writing on the inside. The great thing about this idea, is that they are simple enough to keep adding more for each child you have.
It also serves as a reference to the famous quote from poet Kahlil Gibran that reads, ‘You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth.’
