Nowadays, Molly consumes between 1,200 and 1,500 calories a day and only really diets on occasion. Her transformation wasn’t so much a diet as it was a complete lifestyle change. She now exercised as much as she could, and avoided carbohydrates. She also opted for fresh, rather than processed, foods. It wasn’t just about the food anymore, though, as along with the dietary change also came a change in outlook as well as attitude.
