In the year and a half since getting engaged, Haley had lost an incredible 110 lbs. The change in her body was hugely noticeable, but it was clear in her attitude to life too. She had a much more positive outlook on things after seeing what she could achieve, and she finally felt comfortable in her own skin. The feelings of insecurity that had plagued her for years would never disappear completely, but the negative voice in her head had undoubtedly quietened down a lot.
