1962 would see Mary Tyler Moore marry Grant Tinker. The pair went on to create ‘MTM Enterprises’ together in 1970; a television production company which would produce their first show ‘The Mary Tyler Moore Show.’ After nearly two decades of marriage, the couple ended up getting a divorce in 1981. November 28, 2016, Tinker tragically lost his life aged 90. Moore publicly spoke of the loss and what an incredible man he was. She added how devastated she was to learn the news.
