Shortly after her third marriage to Dr. Levine in 1983, Moore decided enough was enough and checked herself into the ‘Betty Ford Clinic,’ a rehab clinic that is located in California that had only been founded in 1982. Here, Moore would be able to receive the treatment she needed for her dependency.
