Speaking of following Kate’s footsteps, Meghan’s been doing it quite literally during the Australia tour – making good use of the more than 10,000 miles standing between her and her grandmother-in-law. While visiting Sydney’s famous Bondi Beach, Meghan was papped wearing wedges, which the Queen reportedly detests as she’s an old fashioned, heeled shoes kind of monarch.
Kate absolutely loves them, though, and Meghan wore them to the beach – probably a wise choice – but neither woman is brave enough to do it when the Queen’s around, of course.
