As for Meghan’s mother, she released a statement through Kensington Palace that revealed Doria’s feelings about the impending grandchild she was about to receive – who would be her first. The statement said she was “very happy” and was looking forward to welcoming the newborn into this world.
Just in case you were worried, don’t be – Doria reportedly learned of the pregnancy weeks before the official announcement to the public. Thomas Markle couldn’t say the same, unfortunately. While he didn’t learn it through the media, it wasn’t Meghan who told him.
