Like we said, Kensington Palace is the official residence for Meghan and Harry – and also for Prince William and Kate Middleton, among others – but it’s also tasked with releasing statements to the public that concern the Royal Family.
Not all of them are Earth-shattering ones, of course, but one announcement – made October 15, 2018 – changed it all, as Kensington Palace officially announced that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex were now expecting their first child, due to arrive in the spring of 2019.
