[post_page_title]The Lion in Winter (1968)[/post_page_title]
Although there never was a Christmas dinner between the Royal Family of England and the King of France in 1183, the fates of the characters in The Lion in Winter remains largely true. Or at least, so say the historians who have reviewed it. In fact, many historians believe that Richard might have been LGBT and that John was a bad guy. How bad was he? Well, he was so bad that he frequently shows up as the bad guy in the local legends of Robin Hood. Yep, that’s the same King John.
