It was a great and devastating tragedy. The Men of Yamato is a movie about the brave men who had to die in Operation Ten-Go, the last operation of the biggest battleship in the Pacific Theater. It depicts the kind of life they lived in the battleship, and their wish to return to their loved ones back home.
