Sam Rouen started out on The Biggest Loser weighing 339.5 pounds and now ten years later he doesn’t have an inch of body fat on him. His six pack is glistening and women around the world are drooling over the pictures that Sam has been posting.
He is not only a pretty face but Sam became a fireman and is literally trying to make the world a safer place. The firefighters released a calendar full of their topless selves in order to raise money for charity and the internet took notice.
