The winner of the 4th season of The Biggest Loser was Bill Germanakos, age 40. Bill entered the competition weighing in at 334 pounds and took home the first place prize when he went down to 170 pounds.
Bill actually beat his twin brother, Jim Germanakos,in the competition. Jim won the home prize of $100,000 while his brother Bill took home $250,000. Jim actually lost more pounds than Bill but Bill took home first place because he lost more of a percentage of body weight.
