This dandelion in the wind look is so cute. It works so well because even if the nail with the flower on it was hidden, the other nails would still look classy and cute. However, this impression of the dandelion look was not exactly successful. It looks more like a tree with white leaves than anything else. Maybe stick to regular and simple painted nails before graduating on to flowers and practice on your little sister first.
