Since her time on Caroline in the City, Pietz has received steady work in Hollywood. The year after the sitcom ended, Pietz appeared in the NBC show Cursed and went on to make appearances in shows such as Aliens in America, Ally McBeal and Curb Your Enthusiasm. Pietz is set to appear in the film Saddle Up!, currently in pre-production. At 23 and prior to her role on Caroline in the City, she gave birth to a son she subsequently put up for adoption. The actress has been married twice.
