Like some of the other child stars on this list, Drew was born into a family of actors. Her father, John Barrymore, was an actor, and her mother Jaid was an aspiring actress as well. But while many of the mothers on this list were great role models for their kids, Jaid unfortunately doesn’t exactly fall into this category. Due to a rather toxic household environment that she cultivated, Drew (star of Steven Spielberg’s E.T.) found herself involved with drugs and alcohol as early as nine years old.
