Before their lucky ticket, Mark and Cindy had always lived a relatively normal life. Mark had been working in a local factory, while Cindy had been working as a manager in an office but had been looking for work for the last two years after losing the position. Together the couple shared three sons that had all grown up in addition to an adopted daughter from China who was just six years old at the time. It was one day in November 2012 that would change everything for the Hills.
