Steve Folck concluded that Mark had made amazing contributions towards the town. The donations towards the fire department, local area, and high school would continue to change the entire town long after the initial contributions had been made. Steve, in addition to the whole area of Camden Point, acknowledged that Mark and his family had transformed their lives in so many ways with their incredible acts of charity. Even though the Hills had won more money than most of us could remember, they never let it go to their heads.
