Although it may seem that Michelle’s entire warm-up routine consists of dancing, in reality she does have quite an extensive routine to get her prepared to race. Michelle has stated that she does quote a bit of stretching and practicing at the gym before she makes it onto the track. Michelle has said that by the time she gets onto the track to race, she is so excited that she just can’t stop herself from dancing to motivate herself.
