Although we appreciate the fact that delivery services let us know that our letters or parcels have been damaged, we sometimes have to wonder whether they take a long, hard look at what is in front of them. Indeed, you’d think that a postal worker sorting through the mail would realize that a recipient would not appreciate their letter torn to pieces – yet they still send it on with a petty apology. How is anyone supposed to read this?! Oh, we don’t know.
