The thing about Skyler is that she never really does anything wrong. She is the victim of being married to a husband who has decided to become a criminal (Walter White), and you can’t very much blame her for turning into a hysterical wife. The thing is, even though Walter is a criminal – who abuses Skyler and kidnaps her baby – he is the beloved main character of the show, and as such, for many of the viewers at home Skyler is the dead weight that brings him down at every turn.
