There’s something to be said about fans sticking by the hero of a show, and in the case of the Walking Dead, people stand by Rick Grimes. So when his wife, Lori Grimes, cheated on him with his best friend, Shane – fans weren’t happy with her, not in the slightest. They didn’t really care that she believed her husband to be dead – as far as the fans were concerned, she was in the wrong, and people saw her higher-than-thou textbook agenda as hypocritical.
