If the production team are going to such extraordinary lengths to ensure they are releasing such a huge number of episodes a year, then how come some of them never make it to the final cut? Sometimes the couples end up getting a divorce before the catch-up, while other times someone may pass away, or a natural disaster strikes. For example, many episodes filmed in New Orleans were pulled out of respect after the devastation of Hurricane Katrina.
