James Randi is a magician and renowned skeptic, who investigates the paranormal. He is also the founder of the James Randi Educational Foundation. Apparently, the foundation offers a million dollar prize to anyone who can prove their paranormal abilities in a controlled environment. While Theresa hasn’t applied, Randi supposedly offered her to take the challenge on several occasions, to which she refused. In 2011, the foundation also “granted” her with an offensive award for “performer of the year”, an award given to psychics who are deemed harmful to the public.
