Although it may seem like it, Murad and Natalia didn’t receive millions of Instagram followers overnight. Murad explained that FollowMeTo was developed over the course of some time. They didn’t just post pictures and get viral, they had to collaborate with influential Instagrammers and through the exposure, they slowly gained more followers. They also had to extend their popularity beyond Instagram, and did several interviews with broadcasters such as NBC. Nonetheless Murad said, “Your page needs to look good if you want to draw in collaborators.”
