We see Chip and Joanna redesign and recreate houses every episode, but it looks as though there could be a chance to see some homes with even more Gaines’ personal touches. The couple have, in fact, been designing and building homes through their company, Magnolia Villas, for years. Unsurprisingly, the houses are quickly snapped up as people can’t wait to get a piece of the creativity. However, there are plenty of new plans in the works as they try and keep up with demand.
