But not all of their subjects were particularly happy with the results of their work. Ken and Kelly Downs felt that they had been “deceived” by the Gainses when the aftermath of the remodeling of their house led them to no longer feel safe in their own neighborhood – after a drunk driver purposely rammed their car into their home.
