One of the shows that Hannah appeared on was Little and Looking for Love, and it was all about helping people with dwarfism find a partner. Hannah was desperate to get a boyfriend because all of her friends seemed to have one, but her search was unsuccessful.
Although she did become close with one guy named Brad Johnson, their friendship ended before it developed into anything. Brad also had primordial dwarfism, but sadly he succumbed to a heart attack in 2017 brought on by his condition.
