When you think back to the 1970s, you probably think of bright colors, big hair, and long boots. Well, that’s exactly what this era was like. This picture perfectly sums up the people who lived during this time and the outfits that they used to wear.
Tie-dye was hugely popular during this decade, but it was used in a more understated way than the 1960s. It was meshed into sophisticated and colorful outfits, and paired with boots that were definitely made for walking. Of course, the middle parting just finishes the whole thing off.
