Believe it or not, when the children were born, there were some initial birth complications. One of these was that two of the daughters, Natalie and Alexis, had to be tube fed. Alexis has a muscular disorder which makes it difficult for her to eat, and Natalie had severe acid reflux as a child. However, the two are perfectly healthy now and can eat nearly everything their hearts desire.
