Let’s be honest, Celine Dion is an international treasure. Our hearts will go on as long as Celine Dion is in the world, and we’ll listen to her epic Canadian twang for evermore. Unfortunately, it seems as though Celine hasn’t always been the epitome of class and talent.
While we’ve all had a few awkward moments with wardrobe malfunctions in the past, we actually think this outfit was intentional. We’re not sure what to look at first. All of those frills? The DIY headband? Thankfully, her taste has improved since this photo.
