Nothing like taking a load off in a nice park bench and enjoy watching the foot traffic walky by. Sadly, the people who designed this park make sitting on the park benches far less pleasurable by putting up a small fence, dramatically impeding the legroom. Oh well, maybe the people who wanted to sit on these benches ended up using the fence as a footrest so that they could really rest while watching the time go by.
