This has got to be some kind of practical joke. If anyone actually wants to use this payphone that seems to be standing at well over 10 feet, they’ll have to be an NBA star or some other type of vertically gifted individual. Imagine trying to jump up to use this phone. Not only would the user have to jump just to snag the receiver, they’d have to jump each time they wanted to press a new number as well. What a chore.
