Liam Neeson has an Irish accent and that is nothing to be ashamed of. Apparently Seth McFarlane thought he would make fun of it on an episode of Family Guy anyway, though. Neeson wasn’t just going to take this because, well, he’s Liam Neeson, that’s why.
So, the actor made a specific demand when he starred in Seth McFarlane’s film A Million Ways to Die in the West: that he play a cowboy with an Irish accent. No one messes with Liam Neeson.
