Scientists working at the Centre Mediterraneen de Medecine Moleculaire found in France have been busy looking for ways to help people diagnosed with achondroplasia that want to gain some extra height.
The team managed to develop a protein that helps bone growth, and have been busy testing out their findings on mice. However, they are keen to try it out on humans. Instead, dwarfs wanting to grow taller have had to turn to cosmetic surgeries, but it might not be that easy.
