For 50 years, Erika’s husband, Thomas Girardi, has been practicing law. However, it looks as though the attorney will have to seek some help from lawyers he has met along the way as Thomas is in an ongoing court battle with former Lockheed employees. Throughout the ‘90s, Thomas helped the workers successfully walk away with $130 million in settlement money, but now the attorney is being accused of allegedly swindling the employees out of the full amount they are owed. Thomas fully denies these claims and the case is still ongoing.
