By this point, Ryan was getting more and more angry with this situation, but tried to keep it cool. In a calm and collected manner, he asked the man at the desk why he could not board the plane. According to the airport official, the captain of the airplane had heard of the incident Ryan was involved in the day before, and had decided that because of his unruly behavior, he was not allowing Ryan the chance to fly back home on his flight. Naturally, Ryan was becoming increasingly worried that he would not be able to fly home and was desperately trying to get hold of his family.
