After being told time and time again that he had been removed from the EasyJet flight because of his actions with the British Airways airport staff, Ryan asked for a refund – as he had not been able to fly with the ticket he had spent all of his money on. At first, EasyJet were unwilling to give him a refund as per their terms and conditions, but he soon offered them the chance to reconsider after his message: “I guess I’ll see you in court.” Not wanting a lawsuit on their hands, both British Airways and EasyJet provided him with a full refund.
