Saint West was so-named because he was a miracle baby. During Kim Kardashian’s first pregnancy, the reality star suffered from a condition called preeclampsia. This meant that she had to deliver Saint much earlier than expected, and meant that she struggled with pain and medical issues throughout the whole process.
Despite all of this, Saint was born on December 5, 2015, as a happy and healthy baby. Although Saint was okay, Kim was not. She had to have numerous surgical procedures and was advised not to have another baby.
